Method 3: Box Breathing
The Box Breathing method is a steady and structured breathing practice designed to ground your body and focus your mind. It offers a balanced rhythm, especially helpful for stress or resetting your breath.
How it works:
Start by inhaling slowly across 5 beads.
Move to the next 5 beads, exhaling smoothly.
Then inhale again across 5 beads.
Exhale for the following 5 beads.
After completing this cycle (20 beads), pause and hold your breath for 1 bead as a moment of stillness.
Then restart the sequence from the beginning, always adding that one bead of stillness before each new round.
