Method 2: The Every Other

The Every Other method is a simple, rhythmic breathing practice that guides you bead by bead to help center your mind and body. It’s great for when you need a steady, calming flow.

It works like this:

  • Begin by inhaling on the first bead.

  • Move to the next bead and exhale.

  • Continue alternating: inhale on one bead, exhale on the next.

  • Once you’ve completed the cycle, make sure to end on an exhale before starting again.
