The Every Other method is a simple, rhythmic breathing practice that guides you bead by bead to help center your mind and body. It’s great for when you need a steady, calming flow.
It works like this:
Begin by inhaling on the first bead.
Move to the next bead and exhale.
Continue alternating: inhale on one bead, exhale on the next.
Once you’ve completed the cycle, make sure to end on an exhale before starting again.
